WHAT DOES A HOME & LIFE ORGANIZER?
Home & Life Oragnizer provide services to manage and organize clients personal life. The manager assists with the house organization, tasks, chores and errands day-to-day life (laundry, administrative tasks, home management services and many other services).

People who may use Taanah services are: Busy professional, Singles, Full-time/part-time working parents, Families who needs extra help, Seniors, Foreigners who have their secundary house in Portugal, Frequent travellers, People looking to recharge their life or dealing with major life changes/transitions, People who feel overwhelmed and need more time for them and People that are looking to simplify and organize their home and life.

Taanah helps client to focus on what you need to help manage and organize your busy life/and or provide essential support services. Taanah personalizes and individualises its services.

HOW TAANAH WORKS?
Taanah transparency and a warm client’s relationship is the basis for a good team work. You can request a service fulfill the contact form on the Taanah’s website or our through Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/_taanah_/) . After you request a service, Taanah will contact you to schedule an appointment to know you, your family and your needs. Then, I will send you a quotation. Upon approval of the quotation and service agreement, we initiate work on the your request.
Taanah provides flexible options based on your needs. They are several purchasing option: hourly services, weekly or monthly plans or tailored bases fees.

HOW WORKS THE PAYMENT?
Once the service is completed Taanah will send the client an invoice for payment. The payment is due immediatly upon reception of invoice. Payment for purchases, products, goods, services or taxes incurred on the behalf of the client.  For certain kind of service, Taanah works with petty cash and account sheets. Regarding the Petty Cash statement, the client will be informed by Taanah to top-up if needed. Deposit may be required for certain services. Taanah accepts MBWay or bank transfer.

WHICH IS TAANAH’ SERVICE AREA?
Taanah serves Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon area. 

WHICH ARE TAANAH BUSINESS HOURS?
Taanah has flexible business hours in order to be available for its clients. Taanah prefers to be given 48 hours notice for service requests. Taanah is always joignable by email or whatsapp. Any services or work performed outside of Taanah regular business hours (evenings,overnights, weekends and bank holidays) will incure additional fee. Business Hours:

  • Monday to Friday:9h-17h
  • Saturday: 9h-12h
  • Sunday: closed
